On Saturday 30th September I had the privilege of covering the Temple Newsam 5K Fun Run in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

I was asked to photograph this event by a inspirational young woman who had only just had some major open heart surgery only 4 weeks previously.

I was so happy I could help out and here are just a few of the images.
